Anchored on the jetty of a narrow headland, with the Baltic Sea on one side and the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei on the other, the Stockholm floating holiday home in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz offers a fantastic all-round view of the water. A cosy ambience, high-quality furnishings and modern fittings create a very special sense of comfort in addition to maximum holiday comfort. If you love the view of the water and the Baltic Sea, you have found the perfect holiday apartment in the floating houseboat Stockholm.

The light-flooded and open-plan living and dining area is located on the upper living level. Delicious holiday meals can be prepared in the modern and well-equipped eat-in kitchen. While floor-to-ceiling windows provide a phenomenal panoramic view, the adjoining terrace invites you to enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea breeze.

From this terrace, an external staircase leads up to the 30 m2 roof terrace with all-day sunshine and panoramic views over the marina, the Schlei and its estuary into the Baltic Sea. The beach chair invites you to spend cosy hours in the sun or reading.

The sleeping area of the floating house is located below deck. The master bedroom is an experience, as guests can fall asleep and wake up in front of the water backdrop. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a terrace directly adjacent to the bedroom make it possible to walk around the house. A further bedroom with two single beds is also located on the lowest level of the holiday home.



The fibre optic connection and two flatscreen TVs with Telekom Home Entertainment programme provide indoor entertainment in bad weather, while the underfloor heating and sauna ensure cosy comfort.



Wellness on the water and brushing your teeth with a view of the water. The floating holiday home Stockholm has a Finnish sauna in a bay window with a view of the water. There is also a shower room with a walk-in shower on the lower level opposite the sauna.



A private car parking space is located directly on the jetty. If you are travelling with your own boat, you can easily moor it at the house.



Our favourite spot: Lying in a beach chair in the sun and enjoying the wide view towards the Schlei - nobody wants to leave here!



Parents are responsible for their children on board.
