Please note that electricity, gas and water costs are not included in the holiday price. These are billed separately according to consumption. This allows you to check your individual consumption and have it billed fairly.

For your convenience, we offer you the option of booking bed linen and towels in the form of linen packages directly with the Seeblick Ferien ORO agency. If you book these linen packages, your beds will already be made when you arrive.

A cash deposit is required on arrival. This serves as security and will be refunded immediately on check-out after deduction of the consumption costs.
