Luxury holiday apartment on 2 levels right on the water near the beach with 2 terraces, wellness sauna, whirlpool and fireplace. The apartment "Santiano Lounge" impresses on two levels with its maritime design, which is underlined by high-quality furniture brands.
This duplex apartment is on the 1st Upper floor and attic of a semi-detached house in the first row by the water. The large living area with Ewald Schillig sofa, which can be extended into a lounge area or a sofa bed by remote control, offers a large smart TV (70 inch) with home entertainment MagentaTV, a fireplace and access to the balcony, on which our guests can use Enjoy sunrise at breakfast.

The kitchen, which connects directly to the living area, is also open. Here our guests can expect a dining table with comfortable seating and a fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen block in the middle of the room. The large panoramic windows offer a great view of the Baltic Sea port - let your eyes wander over the water and let your mind wander. From the kitchen you enter the large roof terrace, which is equipped with a comfortable lounge sofa (from summer 2019). From here you can watch the ships come in and out at the sundowner or spend a nice barbecue evening with family or friends - here you can fully enjoy the Baltic Sea flair. A guest shower room is also available on this living level.
A staircase leads from the living area to the attic, which awaits our guests with two bedrooms and a large wellness bath. The master bedroom, with a high-quality box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m), which can be converted into two single beds if required, offers a sea view when you wake up. Start the day with a cup of coffee in bed and be enchanted by the harbor cinema. Look at the sky in the evening and count the stars, because this is also possible through the skylight above the bed. The second bedroom also has a nice large box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00) with a smart TV (50 inches) with Home Entertainment MagentaTV. The large wellness bathroom with infrared sauna with LED light therapy, corner whirlpool and shower offers pure relaxation, because the view of the water is also guaranteed from here.
The entire apartment is equipped with underfloor heating and light vinyl flooring in wood look, the wet areas with tiles. In the living area on the 1st Only panoramic windows are installed on the upper floor. All windows are equipped with fly screens, so that you can sleep with the window open even at night.

There is a bicycle shed at ground level in front of the house. Here you have a women's bike (26 inches) and a men's bike (28 inches).
Four-legged friends are welcome in this beautiful apartment. Dog blankets, bowls and treats await them upon arrival.

On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 5 guests.
A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. Pets are welcome and will be charged 8.00 euros / night. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the service charge of EUR 109.00.
Firewood is not available in this holiday home, you are welcome to purchase it from us on site for 10.00 euros / sack. The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
