Surrounded by water, located directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea, is the beach villa Sandburg in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz near Kappeln. The beach garden planted with beach grass and Sylt roses of the maritime beach villa adjoins directly to the sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. The wave-protected beach area is accessible via a wooden staircase.

A fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor is ideal for cooking and feasting. In the adjacent, open-plan living and dining area with TV and DVD entertainment you can enjoy the fantastic view of the bay at the large dining table or on the living area. The adjacent terrace on the ground floor offers a beach chair and dining group a relaxing stay outdoors.
A separate guest toilet is also located on the ground floor.

On the first floor there is a double bedroom with balcony and a bedroom with two single beds overlooking the beach and sea for the necessary relaxation. In the adjoining bath with whirlpool and shower, it can relax after a day on the beach.

The second floor offers a Finnish sauna with window on the Baltic Sea and Schlei and a shower for a successful spa holiday. In the adjoining studio is a bed for two more people and an additional TV and DVD player. A fireplace provides the right feeling of well-being on cold winter days. The surrounding roof terrace with a view of Schlei, Baltic Sea and the port of the Baltic Sea resort invites with its seating group to a nice get-together in the wild.

Children are welcome in this house, a cot and a high chair are available.
