「この宿は日本の伝統的なスタイルで、清潔で整頓されていて快適でした。和食の朝食はとても美味しかったです。受付のスタッフもとても親切でした。9月16日の朝、受付のスタッフの方々には大変感謝しております。チェックアウト後、車にトラブルが発生し、ホテルに戻って助けを求めました。スタッフの方々は私たちの話に耳を傾け、電話の手配を手伝ってくれ、車まで見に来てくれ、最終的に問題を解決してくれました。スタッフの方々の親切で親身な対応に心から感謝しています。」

「Room is huge and clean. Very nice bed. But check-in are digital. Intruction was unclear. The password pad next to the door was not obvious. They required me to enter the order number but it took me plenty of guess to find out the correct answer. There is a parking close to the hotel but the intruction of parking location is in the check-in area. It would be great if it was provided in the email. Other than the virtual check-in and hard the find a parking place around. I am happy with the stay」
