"Lebensmittel vom Vorgänger im Kühlschrank. Raucherecke vorm Schlafzimmer. Vom Restaurant die Kühlung vorm Fenster so das man nachts nicht das Fenster öffnen konnte. Fettgeruch auf dem Balkon (Balkon kostet extra) vom Restaurant. Betten für zwei Kinder viel klein. Gardinenstange fiel direkt mitsamt Vorhängen runter. Sauberkeit naja"

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. The sauna area which we had to ourselves was...

"Zweck der Übernachtung war, eine allzu frühe Anfahrt in den Raum Malchin zu vermeiden, so dass das Hotel Marcus den Zweck hatte, eine verhältnismäßig günstige Nacht in der Gegend verbringen zu können. Für diesen Zweck ist das Hotel sehr gut geeignet, ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war gut, das Personal nett. "It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...
