BEST PLACE TO CHOOSE IN KARLOVY VARY
We stayed for 2 nights, could not ask for anything better. MODERN, beautiful rooms, perfect spa with a steamed and finnish sauna, a pool and the lovliest staff. Breakfast was very tasty with a great choice of options. Hotel is in the very centre, which makes it super easy to get anywhere. We'll definitely be coming back.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel und gleich am Anfang möchte ich sagen, dass wir das Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage, Ausstattung (sehr schönes Ambiente, Einrichtung, große stilvolle Zimmer und natürlich dem tollen Spabereich) sehr schön finden und auch gern wieder besuchen. Dennoch gibt es Verbesserungspotential. Die Dame an der Rezeption ist mir wiederholt durch ihre Kühle und Unfreundlichkeit aufgefallen. Auch war sie nicht hilfreich bei der Frage, wie wir mit dem Bus nach Loket kommen. Ein undeutlicher Hinweis in welcher Richtung die Bushaltestelle gelegen ist, der Bus nur 4 mal am Tag fährt und dass man irgendwo umsteigen muss, war alles. Ich hatte mir erhofft, dass mir eine Verbindung herausgesucht würde. Weiterhin hingen bei unserer Ankunft im Bad noch die nassen Bademäntel und Handtücher unserer Vorhänger, was ich nicht nur unhygienisch, sondern auch echt nicht ok finde bei einem 4* Hotel. Noch schlimmer fand ich allerdings, dass besagte Mitarbeiterin auf den höflichen Hinweis nur meinte, dass sie Bescheid gibt, dass die Mäntel am nächsten Morgen vom Housekeeping mitgenommen werden, anstatt sich zu entschuldigen und das Problem eventuell selbst zu lösen, wenn kein anderes Personal im Haus ist. Wir haben die Mäntel dann vor den Spa-Bereich gelegt, wo sie bis zum nächsten Morgen liieren geblieben sind. Das war ein bisschen schade, ansonsten alles prima :) Frühstück ist in Ordnung.

Für Menschen die körperliche Beeinträchtigung haben oder nicht ganz so fit sind (wie wir), ist diese Unterkunft unserer Meinung nach nicht geeignet. Die 2 Parkplätze zum Be- und Entladen auf der ggü. liegenden Flußseite sind mit tschechischen Dauerparkern belegt, so dass man sehr umständlich sein Gepäck ins Hotel bekommt. Dann muss man das Auto ziemlich umständlich in ein Parkhaus weg parken um mit der Zahnrad-Bahn/Seilbahn wieder hinunter in die Stadt zu kommen. Zahnradbahn kostet 25 Kronen pro Fahrt u. Person, Parkhaus ca. 16 Euro pro 24 Std..Parkt man sofort in diesem Parkhaus und fährt dann mit dem Gepäck die Zahnradbahn hinunter in die Stadt, ist das eine elende Schlepperei, da die Zahnradbahn selbst auch nur durch Stufen erreichbar ist. Hotel ist ok..... Aber aufgrund der Umstände kommt es für uns nicht mehr in Frage.

Sehr geehrter Herr Walter, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung, die wir sehr zu schätzen wissen. Leider ist das Parken in der Gegend von Hostorisca neben den Quellen schwierig. Karlovy Vary wurde von der UNESCO in die Liste der Großen Heilbäder Europas aufgenommen und aus diesem Grund sind die Zufahrten und Parkplätze streng geregelt. Rude and Not at all helpful!!
I would give this hotel 1 star. This has no bearing on the Hotel condition or the town, both were wonderful. I will say I have been to many counties and areas in the world and I have never encountered such an unpleasant group of humans The reception desk was not helpful and incredibly rude. Not even a hello or lift of the head when we arrived. This was not just one encounter, this was with three separate people. Sad, as it is a beautiful little town.

Sehr schöner, entspannter Urlaub
Das Hotel war sehr schön, toll gelegen und in einen top Zustand… Ein Parkplatz wäre schön gewesen… Pool und Sauna sehr zu empfehlen… Verbesserungen könnte es bei Frühstück geben. Abwechslungsreicher und ein Kaffeeautomat wäre toll. Leider musste ich mein Cappuccino selber bezahlen- im Preis war nur Filterkaffee… Kann das Hotel trotzdem weiter empfehlen…👍

Super chickes Hotel. Sehr stilvoll eingerichtet mit hochwertigen Möbeln. Exclusiv in der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Parplätze sind nur zwei vorhanden. Diese bitte vorher reservieren. Ca. 1 Minute Fußweg. Am Wochenende keine Spa ANwendungen außer Sauna Dampfbad Pool. Die Kommunikation ist ein wenig schwierig, ob mit Deutsch oder Englisch. Frühstück könnte besser sein. Die Qualität ist gut, aber die Auswahl schon sehr eingeschränkt.

Ottima la posizione, la camera ampia e bene arredata, confortevole .Il bagno moderno e bene attrezzato. La prima colazione abbastanza ricca ma non negli standard di un 4 stelle. L'albergo ha una piscina coperta ed una SPA. Mia moglie ha provato a prenotare dei trattamenti, ma le due estetiste non sono state in grado di gestire gli appuntamenti. Anzi ,fissatone 1 ,l'estetista non si è presentata senza avvertire. Mia moglie ha chiesto notizie alla reception e così ha saputo che l'appuntamento era stato unilateralmente annullato dal'estetista. Questo ci è sembrato un comportamento poco professionale e decisamente poco gentile nei confronti di un ospite della struttura. Forse le estetiste lavorano freelance,ma allora non bisogna pubblicizzare una SPA che funziona a volte si è a volte no.

Realmente tuvimos una pésima experiencia con el personal que atiende el hotel, en particular con la Señora Kvetuse Kusova, quien quería incluir servicios no tomados en nuestra cuenta, siendo totalmente grosera y agresiva, insultando a los huéspedes. Al final solo se disculpo con un so sorry. Definitivamente no es un hotel para visitantes internacionales, no hablan ingles, ni español y el personal no esta capacitado para atender huéspedes. El servicio es muy muy malo. We really had a terrible experience with the staff that attends the hotel, in particular with Mrs. Kvetuse Kusova, who wanted to include services not taken into our account, being totally rude and aggressive, insulting guests. At the end she just apologized with a simple "so sorry". It is definitely not a hotel for international visitors, they do not speak English or Spanish and the staff is not trained to serve guests. The service is very very bad.

The TAWAN masseurs waited for you for 30 minutes and the hotel, as the intermediary of these services, bears the full cost of the services you have refused to pay. In addition, you told the hotel manager that you had not ordered these services, which was not true, and we verified this in your presence with the employee you ordered the services from. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay at our hotel, but in this situation, there was not much we could have done better or differently. Definite YES! Even better than the pics!
This place is a gem! I feel so lucky to have chosen this hotel. The property is top notch. We stayed in a room with two beds at the front of the building and our view was exactly what we hoped for. We looked over the river and the pedestrian street. When you open the windows and peek outside, there's the Grand Hotel Pupp. I can't imagine finding a better place to stay. They clearly take great pride in their hotel!

Schönes Design Boutique Hotel im Zentrum
Der ganze Aufenthalt war sehr entspannt und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind ganz neu, der Wellnessbereich und die Behandlungen waren eine Wohltat und man konnte sehr gut abschalten. Das Frühstück war lecker und es gab wirklich alles, auch Sojamilch für uns. Es gibt kein Parkhaus aber man kann auf einem Hügel im Parkhaus parken und fährt bequem mit der Zahnradbahn runter nach Karlsbad, das gilt auch für die Abreise. Uns wurden schöne Lokale empfohlen und wir waren begeistert von der Küche.
