Will nicht wieder hin.

Wir haben nicht der zummer gekrigt was vesprochen wahr.und kein parkplatz auch war versprochen.Die hand tuch war zerisen schande.ich habe gebucht zimmer doppelt bett und kautch aber wahr kein kautch.die frau erstmal versucht zimmer in keller unts geben ohne bolkon dann bin ich beschwert wo ist bolkon wie versprochen? Dann hat sie andere zimmer gegeben mit balkon und mit blik zum schrot haufen haus.kaffe in hotel wahr müll früstük wahr na ja so knapp ok.

Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht empfehlen. Sehr schmutziges Bad, das Bad stinkt. Zerrissenes Handtuch. Wir haben zwei Tage bezahlt, sind aber nach dem ersten Tag abgereist. Das Hotel war sehr kalt, es gab keine Heizung. Sie hatten auch keine zusätzliche Decke.

Very large room

It's an older apartment, but really, really spacious. Beds were a little soft, but my preference is a hard mattress, so this may not bother many. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel is walking distance to all the sightseeing

Pobyt v hotelu Derby NEDOPORUČUJI. Ačkoliv jsme měli pobyt zarezervovaný půl roku dopředu, týden před příjezdem nás přesunuli do jiného hotelu, kde však byl pokoj mnohem menší a mnohem méně vybavený, než jsme si rezervovali (rezervovala jsem apartmán s obývákem a kuchyňskou linkou a přesunuli nás do pokojíku s koupelnou, bez kuchyně, obýváku atp.) Za stejnou cenu a kompenzaci jsem z nich nedostala :( I DO NOT recommend to stay at Hotel Derby! We had booked half a year in advance apartment with living room and kitchen, but they had move us in other Hotel to smaller room (just a room with bathroom, no living room, no kitchen at all!) For the same price! Swindle!

Zentral gelegenes Hotel direkt am Elisabethbad. Wir hatten ein Apartment inklusive Küche gebucht. Das Schlafzimmer war großzügig und sauber, ebenso das Bad. Die Küche war leider nicht auf dem gleichen Level, weder von der Ausstattung her, noch von der Sauberkeit.

Un excellent emplacement pour personne interéssé par le 1/2 marathon à Karlovy Vary. C’est hôtel conviendrait pour un city trip ou un weekend. Le personnel Est à l’écoute de client. Nous avons séjourné dans un appartement pour 6 pax, en famille avec des enfants de 13,10 et 7 ans. Il est très spacieux et bien equipé. Par contre, la propreté laisse à désirer. Nous sommes resté 2 nuits et nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Katastrophal für Rollstuhlfahrer

Ich habe das Zimmer speziell für Rollstuhlfahrer gebucht und auch bestätigt bekommen. Dann waren vor dem Hotel 2 Stufen. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß, aber die Tür zum Bad war zu schmal, obwohl ich einen nicht zu breiten Rollstuhl habe. Im Hotel gab es kein adäquates Zimmer, dass für Rollstuhlfahrer passend war.Es konnte auch so kurzfristig kein ähnliches Zimmer in Karlsbad besorgt werden. Es gab eines, da war der Preis erheblich teurer und das Hotel wollte uns nur den Preis erstatten. So mussten wir notgedrungen nach Hause fahren. So endete unser Urlaub frustriert. Vom Management kam nur die Erstattung des Preises, sonst nichts. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat sich redlich bemüht, unseren ganz besonderen Dank geht an die Putzfrau, die sehr um uns bemüht hat.

Sehr ruhiges Hotel in der Innenstadt

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen doch zentralen Straße. Leider gibt es nur 2 Hotel eigene Parkplätze, der Rest der Straße sind Anwohner Parkplätze. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz ist in ca. 3 Gehminuten verfügbar, dieser ist von 19-7 Uhr kostenlos. Wer also länger schlafen will muss zahlen... !!!Achtung nur in Kronen zahlbar!!! Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und mit landestypischen Möbeln ausgestattet und unser Zimmer verfügte sogar über einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof. Das Personal sprach deutsch, aber besser englisch und war sehr nett, konnte uns einen super Tip zum essen gehen geben!!

Asi do 16:00 hod se v ulici pracovalo na elektrickém vedení, takže se netopilo. Na pokoji proto byla ZIMA. Nedaleko hotelu mám zákazníka, kde majitelé vše vyřešili agregátem. Nebyl by to dobrý nápad? Agregáty se dají i půjčit a když jde o plánovanou akci ... :-)

We booked a room with bath tube but got with shower. All our stay we experienced a leakage under a shower but problem was not fixed. After check-out we ordered a taxi to railway station but taxi did not come and we were forced to find a cab ourselves. Poor stay.

Insects in the Room

Our expectation about the room was much better than when we arrive, anyway we were able to handle some of the detail but at night (11.30) the room was full of insects on the bed and all a over the roof, there was just one room suitable to sleep so we all (family of 5) move to one room to avoid the bugs. Next morning when we inform the front desk their attitude towards the problem was like "it's common" and didn't even try to explain or whatever.

In the city center

I arrived with 4 additional guests to the hotel. We were welcomed warmly. The lady at the reception and her manager did everything to make us happy and feel comfortable. The only hick-up was lack of warm water next day in the morning but it had been fixed quickly. The car park is expensive in whole Karlovy Vary, so it does not matter if you reserve the parking slot front of the hotel or go something else. The breakfast is very good. The quality of rooms was average but for the budget option satisfactory.
