Wonderful services and staffs
There's no Spa service in the hotel, and the one nearby is closed. The massage service in the hotel is quite popular, so must book beforehand. All in all, the service was super good!

非常真心地要给这个酒店一个好评。 首先，酒店的位置好，就在温泉长廊旁边。 其次，酒店设施对得起欧洲的四星级评定。 尽管进入酒店要穿越一个餐厅，感觉有点奇怪。但从酒店门厅有点年代但维护得当的胡桃木转角楼梯和水晶吊灯，还是隐约闪现了酒店的体面。 房间也是老式的大大的胡桃木门，相对酒店价格而言，房间大小也是大于我的预期。 早餐比较捷克式口味，不过还算丰富的。 如果下一次仍然有机会来KV，会再一次考虑入住。

Nice location, but with 2, 3, and 4 star rooms.
The hotel has nice location. the breakfast is nice. We book a standard room #126 on back. Nice size room. However, our bedroom is 3 star quality, the bathroom is 2 star quality, Our friend at 4the floor, remodeled part of hotel, is closer to 4 star quality. In summary, this hotel has 2 star, 3 star, and 4 star qualities, depend on what you pay. Don't expect 4 star quality on 2nd, 3 floor standard rooms. It's definitely 2~3stars. We wish we had know this when we book the room. Rarely a hotel with different stars qualities within a hotel.

Dear Guest, thank you for you review and high rating. I am very sorry, the room was not to your expectations, but I would like to assure you, all rooms of our hotel meets (or in some points exceeds) the strict criteria of a 4 star hotel. In this case I must strongly defend the hotel reputation. It is a pitty, you do not mention in which point we do not meet 4 star standards and qualities. You are right, rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor has a different style then on the 4th floor, but style is not a matter when it comes to star rating.

Good Hotel
So good to choose Hotel Romance Puskin of my trip to Marianske Lazne. Location is very good. You can go to sightseeing just one minute from Hotel. The staffs are helpful. Our room with balcony can see the night view of the city. Full breakfast with great choose even can request fresh squeezes juice of your own mix. The price is reasonable... Highly recommend to friend who will be there for their Romance Trip.

The hotel can only provide limited parking, if you are travelling with a car, better to ask for a car park reservation in advance or you may need to park your car in a public car park at hill by 15min walking from the hotel. Loaction, foods and staffs of the hotel are good & helpful.

An IDEAL location!!! I could walk anywhere and felt like i was in the middle of it all, yet my room was perfectly quiet. The bed was super comfortable, very nice bathroom with a great soaking tub and fantastic view from my window. The breakfast was substantial. We had a wonderful stay!

A localização é excelente, a poucos metros do centro e de tudo que importa. O quarto é maravilhoso, quente, confortável. A cama imensa e os travesseiros incríveis. Queria um para mim. O staff foi super atenciosos. Os mais simpáticos que encontramos em toda República Tcheca. Até lanchinho prepararam para nós porque tínhamos que sair de madrugada por conta do nosso voo. Recomendamos e queremos voltar lá um dia

The hotel is in the great location. Walking distance to all of the attraction point. The staffs are super nice and friendly. Especially the staff at the reception. I can feel the hospitality and I appreciate their help. In general, a great place to stay when visiting Karlvovy Vary.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt.
Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist genau mittig in der Fußgängerzone der Altstadt. Die Hotelküche ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten in den 3 Tagen unseres Aufenthalts stets zum Mittag und zum Abend ein anderes Gericht aus der umfangreichen Karte gegessen. Jedes Gericht war sehr schmackhaft und umfangreich. .

We are supposed to stay at a different hotel. But could not passed up this place. We are happy we stayed in this hotel. Good service, clean & quality place, very reasonable price, and the food in their restaurant is great. Its free breakfast as well.

Fint välskött hotell centralt beläget. Stort rum med bra sängar och stor funktionell dusch. Omfattande frukost. Vi fick bra parkering för 10 euro per natt men begränsat antal platser. Krångligt att köra in i gamla stadskärnan med spärrzoner och sms-koder för tillgänglighet.

Hotellet har en rigtig fin beliggenhed, alsidig morgenmad og venligt personale. Vi bestilte et Economy værelse, hvor vinduerne desværre vendte ud mod en slags ‘skakt’ (ikke affald) men med nærmest ingen lys og ringe mulighed for udluftning. Derudover var sengene virkelig hårde og puderne elendige.

Vi blev väl omhändertagna i det här fina hotellet. Vackert rum och underbar miljö. Frukosten hade allt och lite till. Vi fick chans att smaka landets specialiteter redan till frukost. Jag skulle stanna här igen.
