「 We love Jennifer's vacation home. It was clean, comfortable and fully equipped. We unpacked and felt right at home. Located across the street from the water with free use of paddle boots and kanus. Wifi, TV, books and games were also available. Check-in was easy and Jennifer kept asking that we needed anything else. We enjoyed our time and will be back in spring 2026. Beautiful area, peaceful and quiet. Very relaxing. Being city folk, there were a few too many bugs indoors for our liking, but totally understandable. We'd love to stay there again. 」

「The property is beautiful and quiet. The interior of the house was very clean, warm, and comfortable. The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances, ample space, and stocked with everything a guest would need (sans food, of course), the sofa, chairs, beds were comfortable. 「We loved our stay in this beautiful, modern, clean cabin with wonderful outdoor spaces, right on the Big Cypress River. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of sofa space for our group of 7. Location was ideal too--a quick and easy 10 min drive to Caddo Lake State Park, and Marshall was a quick 30 minute trip for groceries and Starbucks. Highly recommend and hope to visit again in the future!」
