The house is nice, but there were a few issues and things I would change. Firstly the positives, the house is big and spacious. The bedrooms are large and there was more than enough space for us. The disappointing thing they don’t make clear in the advert is that at ground level from the pool area and where the main outdoor seating area is, there is a massive building blocking your view of the sea. I’ve posted a photo. To be honest that was really disappointing, to pay a lot of money and not even see the sea is pretty bad advertising. There were some other niggles, there’s nowhere to eat indoors, no dining table at all, not even a bar stool in the kitchen. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, there were only 8 main dining plates, so with 6 of you staying you have to run the dishwasher every day. There were very few utensils, nothing to grab hot dishes out of the oven or anything, so if you’re planning on cooking nice big family meals, forget it. One night we even ran out of gas halfway through preparing a meal, we didn’t get a replacement gas tank until the next day! The house was generally clean though the barbecue area outside was disgusting, covered in years of baked on grease, the grills were filthy. I really don’t expect to have to clean bbq areas before using them. The road down to the house is very very steep and pretty off putting, especially when you arrive at night in the dark, there are no lights in the street so pretty hard to find first time.
