「The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children.」

「This is serviced apartment with 24 hours reception. I prefer this than Airbnb because you can find staff any time if you have any questions. RIS Dalma collection apartment is located just beside Dalma garden mall which is the biggest mall in Yerevan. You can find food court, supermarket and currency exchange in the mall. 「Good location Clean Just in Armenia doesn’t have hospitality! Missed an item there and they didn’t help and no answer to many massages I sent! They didn’t help to get taxi and said right way to get to another hotel! I think we don’t want visit this country anymore. They just think about money money more money」
