"Super convenient location with easy access to shopping and JR. The Hotel’s facilities are not as good as other hotels (even bargain ones) eg still using separate hot and cold taps, darkened bath room wooden floor, no bottle water only central water machine. So the rating depends on what priority you are looking for."
