Miraggio thermal spa is beautiful, with such attention to detail. All the staff are extremely helpful, pleasant and polite. The grounds are immaculately kept and there is a very relaxing atmosphere throughout. There are several restaurants with a variety of dining options from sushi to seafood to steak. Would highly recommend Miraggio thermal spa as a holiday resort and I would return.

Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended! I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent, close to everything, yet peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious, especially the breakfast – fresh and with a great variety. Exquisite Lage zurückgezogen am Südende der Halbinsel mit viel Landschaft drum herum (dadurch aber auch etwas abgeschieden/abgeschnitten, Auto benötigt). Zu verbessern wäre noch Schattenmöglichkeiten bei den Spiel-/Badeplätzen für die Kinder. Das Babyplanschbecken ist toll, steht aber völlig ungeschützt frei in der Sonne.

Chalkidiki paradise

Yes, it is a brand new resort so there might have been growing pains in the first few months, but by the end of August, that was not an issue. This hotel is beautiful with friendly staff, isolated and better than expected. At first I was skeptical about the images of the hotel since some of them are architectural renderings, but in reality it was even better. A true gem of Chalkidiki! The pools are salt water and amazing (beach not the best). The evening music-entertainment was also varied and professional. I highly recommend this resort.

Alt var som forventet. Rigtig god service. Meget tilfreds. Værelserne var fine. Der var forskellige restauranter, lille mini kiosk, læge, spa. God service på standen, man trykker på knappen så kommer de med det samme og tager imod bestillingen. Maden var god. Alle var hjæpsomme. De sørger for ens bil bliver parkeret i kælderen og kommer med den hvis man vil ud at køre en tur. Nærmeste by Paliori. Meget lille by med kun få spise steder. Hver aften live musik fra kl. 21:00. Meget hyggelig stemning.

Great resort - falls short on food quality

The resort is definitely maintained to a very high standard. Beautiful and clean. Staff is very professional, courteous, energetic and always seeking to serve and please. Rooms are good. Pools and beach are great. The big issue is with the foods and drinks price vs quality. We did only attended the breakfast/evening buffet and the pool restaurants - we did not try out the a-la-cart restaurants - however, for the prices charged - even these should have been top notch - and unfortunately all fell short. We resorted to heading to the local restaurants in the nearby town which are 70% cheaper and offer much better quality dishes.

Really enjoyed the experience. The facilities were lovely. Can’t go past the pool and the beach. It was so scenic! With a family there were lots of activities for the kids to do including beach games and football that were hosted by Miraggio staff. The music of an evening in the oasis lounge was a highlight as was the thermal spa. (However 50 euro additional charge for the spa) Only draw back was the cost and not a lot of variety of restaurants (4- one was closed) so you end up going to the same ones over and over, which got a bit boring. You need to have car as we went into pkehori one night and it cost 40 euros for the taxi there and back - 10min ride. We will come back to Miraggio but we will book a club room or a room closer to the pool and rent a car at Thessaloniki airport.

We were mislead by hotel call center and later they even said that email correspondence is fake, apparently due to cyber breach, and the promised deal cannot be accepted. We were told we will get some extra benefits as compensation but it was followed partly without real attention to the security breach the hotel had which affected us, the costumer. I dont recommend this hotel due to the way they treat thier guests

Very bad experience

As a VIP customer, I expect an upgraded room when available. The reception made the opposite - downgraded me to the worst room in the hotel, asking money for updrade, when at least 33% of the hotel is EMPTY. In the room - sinks where plumbed, balcony is below the road level, blocked by the road one meter from it. Lights went on and off during the night without control, waking us up again and again. Outside - due to rain - sea shore, all pools and restaurents were closed. Inside spa was available for extra charge, but, so croudy - not even enough chairs for all the people there. Simply terrible!!

STAY AWAY. This is a scam!

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Such a beautiful facility with the WORST customer service. This is NOT 5star. I’ve stayed in better hotels in the villages. 1. NO AIR CONDITIONING. I thought it was working, but they said their system only decreases the temps by 5C. It was 39C outside. My room was very very hot and humid. 2. NO HOT WATER. Enjoy a fun cold shower. Only had hot water the first night. 3. Cleaning crew enters room with DO NOT DISTURB on…. Surprise! 4. Servers act like they don’t want to be there. Waited 45minutes to get a round of drinks…. At 5star prices. 5. Food Options. I’ve had better food at Disneyland, and probably cheaper. I actually drove to town and ate a local Taverna with my family. 6. This did not feel like Greece. I’m Greek and I know what Greek hospitality and this was not it. I do have to say they did give us a free buffet dinner ($250 value???-not drinks included $70 cost) to make up for everything that when wrong. I appreciate the gesture, but after I dropped $3000 for 2 nights not sure that made up for 2 nights with out sleep because the room was too hot.

Overpriced hotel for the facilities which offers

It was the third time I stayed at the hotel. Unfortunately the services provided are not as in the past. We chose a club room type but there was no nightly room preparation, nor the perks they offered in the room. In the spas, one sauna was not working as well as the hammam. At breakfast we didn't manage to drink coffee as we waited 45 minutes but our order never arrived. However the heated pools are the strong point of the hotel and we really enjoyed them...

Happy to have chosen Miraggio for the holiday! Let me explain why. The resort is new, beautiful architecture and interior design, quality in every detail and in materials used (natural stone and wood), excellent service from all staff who makes you feel important and welcome all the time, with a kind smile. The beach is great, sandy, big distance between sunbeds on Club Members beach, thag also provides has very nice cabanas, water crystal clear. Impresssive boats in the resort marina. Pools large and l well maintained, with jacuzzi. Serenity in adults only pool, swimming among palm trees. Excellent breakfast in Evria restaurant, with eggs menu, greek coffee, prosecco, and diverse and delicious food. Good and diverse food as well at dinner buffet. Live music and very pleasant atmosphere every night at main bar terrace, overlooking the sea. Valet parking for the car. The room in the Club Members wing was large, very confortable, beautiful bathroom, cleaned several times a day, and using its private pool in the hot afternoons was a real delight! Special thanks to Nikolaos, our host, for the beautiful surprise he (and thebl resort) made for us as we have celebrated our birthdays there, and for the whole holiday experience at Miraggio!

Vackert hotellområde med mycket aktiviteter

Härliga omgivningar och vackert hotell och poolområde samt många sportaktiviteter och restauranger inom hotellområdet. Enda minus är att det ligger lite ensligt - dvs utan egen bil är det lite knepigt att ta sig till närmsta stad/by.

Very pleasant

We visited the hotel mainly as a relaxation treat. Cons: 1. During our check in, we had a problem with the door keys but it was resolved fairly quickly. 2. We asked for a double bed and we could feel that it was twin beds attached, but the top mattress was very thin and we could feel the single bed frame in the middle section. For a resort room, I’d expect a more comfortable double bed. Pros: Overall, stay was very pleasant, the facilities were in great condition. Room inside was nice, clean, the air-con was very responsive, good variety of amenities, complimentary coffee, tea, water and fresh fruits. We particularly enjoyed the spa facilities and the pool areas. Staff very friendly and polite. Also, the beach was very nice.
