「Convenient location and good staff service.」

「Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned」

「no water for shower at all」

「Location wise, the hotel is perfect for attending concerts at the Royal Arena, but that’s it. The room is very basic. We don’t even get a kettle.」

「The staff did all they could, but when there simply isnt enough staff, not much they can do about it. It took a fairly long time to queue for check in, we had dinner in 1 restaurant, needed to wait for quite a bit simply for a staff to be free to show us the table, orders and pay the bills etc. This is probably management problem rather than individuals...」

「Very high class hotel. Very clean and staff are kind. Free wine hour vouchers.👍」

「We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, just about a 5-minute walk from Copenhagen Central Station. There is an elevator that takes you directly down to the train platforms, making it extremely convenient, especially when traveling with luggage or taking the train to the airport. The room was very clean, tidy, and well-maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable, and we slept very well every night. Everything was neat and organized, making our stay even more...

「Helpful staff.」
