If reservation is done for up to 2 guests, a master bed room access with attached bathroom shall be allotted; Kitchen, Living and dining area could be shared with guest of another bed room. To occupy the entire flat, reservation should be done for at least 3 guests.

Once again, allow me to reiterate that to occupy the entire 2BHK flat, reservation should be done for at least 3 guests or pay equivalent sum of 3 guests.

No access to third party; no guests shall be allowed to access the property other than as disclosed in reservation.
