“First of all the hotel is situated in the centre of the town, one minute walk to the sea and promenade, and historic sites (Paphos Castle), suraunded by many restaurants and shops, also, there's a supermarket across the road. This hotel is amazing. The whole design of this place is modern and very stylish. The restaurant got the Michelin award last year. “Once inside this apartment you will enjoy the space and fabulous views out to sea. What the pictures don’t show is the entrance to the property which is up two levels in a service yard full of air conditioning units and ventilation systems from the ground floor restaurants. Directions to the property were also pretty poor. ”

“I checked in pretty late and the front desk was very warm and welcoming. I think it was Mrs Elli. So sweet and kind. Someone helped me get my bags thru the long path to my room. The next morning I was able to leave luggage at the front with well attended staff, felt very safe leaving my things while I finished exploring the town. “Das Zimmer war für den Preis okay. Das Bad hatte einige Mängel (defekte WC Papier Halterung, WC- Brille defekt, schlechte Raumlüftung). Auch im Zimmer ein paar Kleinigkeiten (Knöpfe beim Toaster kaputt, schwarze Flecken an den Wänden..). Mängel wurden dem Personal beim Auschecken mitgeteilt und wurden zur Kenntnis genommen. “A pretty poor stay at this property. The pictures are quite misleading as the property is in poor condition. There are cracks in the wall, mould in the bathroom, and generally quite dirty. We had to book last minute but if this was our property for the whole holiday I would be incredibly disappointed. The only saving grace is the location which is convenient to the beach and local restaurants and bars.”

“We were sold a ‘luxury seaside apartment’, there that was nothing short of filthy. I’m not sure where to start. On arrival you enter through a live kitchen, puddles of grease, cigarette butts, raw food, a shopping trolley full of waste and also strangers eating random meals all within the alley as you enter, that’s not how I pictured i’d start this stay. Not to mention the stench from the mix of live kitchens that gathers in the stairwell on the way up to the room is nothing short of……
