Family home in Katy!

We needed a place in Katy to stay while my daughter attended the equestrian show and this location was perfect for my children to rest and relax in between shows.

Accommodating and Relaxing

This property was the perfect fit for seven adults. It was clean, spacious, and had enough bathrooms for everyone to use. We noticed that the electrical receptacles in the kitchen were not working. I contacted the host who quickly responded back and the issue was taken care of. I would stay at this location again.

Beautiful home for the holidays!

My family and I rented the home for the holidays…and it was perfect. We had some issues, but the owner and management team were there to fix the issue with speed and care. We were able to enjoy the home as if it were our own. We would rent again.

Beautiful spacious home for our family to gather at and with a great location!

Very pleased with the amount of room this home provided for our family to spend time together while visiting the area. Beautiful model home decor and loved that it had a community gym and other amenities close by for our use. Easy check in and overall a very good experience. Communication was great and fast response to any questions or needs we had. It’s in a safe quiet neighborhood with walking paths and plenty to do nearby. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a spacious family home for gathering with the perks of a pool, gym, walking paths, tennis courts and playground all nearby.

Nice house

The house served its purpose for our stay of 6 adults for an area wedding. The house was (mostly) handicap friendly for my wheelchair bound father. There was plenty of seating and hang out areas around the house. The neighborhood felt safe and we loved the walking paths. Check-in was easy and straight forward. However, there were a few negatives. First, the mattresses were very uncomfortable. The king bed felt like just a foam topper on a box spring. If 8 adults are staying here, you’ll need air mattresses because the upstairs bedrooms only have twin beds (as advertised but there’s no way 8 adults would stay comfortably). Also, there are limited towels, soap and trash bags for use during the week. Bring your own! Lastly, cell service around the area was horrible. Thankfully the WiFi in the house worked well enough.

The home was very spacious and beautiful for our group of 8 adults. The neighborhood was also beautiful with friendly neighbors. Would definitely stay again!

Brookshire texas house

Great house!!! Location, decor was lovely. House set up worked well for our group. Linens, beds, towels were sub-par and TV did not work, no dishwasher pods, but all around good property.

Things that could be better

Could not get internet on TVs to work, not enough towels and place setting dishes for 6 people, one bed upstairs is unsafe held up by books, live rat in back yard, yard should be cut and foliage should be trimmed, some light bulbs burned out, laundry detergent was gross and sticky i had to was the detergent cup and the detergent basket was soile in the bottom, no ironing board, dirty lint in dryer, refrigerator--ice and water did not work and freezer has grid bottom, ice falls through on floor, this not safe

Horrified by house condition!

Filthy home, property manager and owner live out of state leaving no one local to manage it. Neither had any idea it was in the state it was when we checked in. There was not one part of the stay that went smoothly. Upon arriving, the code to enter would not work, the door key pad was in operable. The owner picked up and then instructed me to use the garage key pad instead, still no power. Then we moved to a lock box on the side yard, all in the pitch dark with no exterior lights on. Here’s where it got worse. When we opened the door, we were instantly punched with a rotten smell that carried throughout the entire lower level. The smell was coming from weeks old garbage & broken glass in the kitchen & approx 50 bags of garbage in the attached garage that breezed a cockroach have . There cockroaches in the refrigerator, in the kitchen island garbage area were the trash was and climbing on the unclean outer stove and stove top areas. No power to microwave & coffee maker. Not a fit place to prepare a meal. Bedding not clean, debris of prior tenants scattered in the bed & on the floor. Bathrooms had toothpaste splatter, showers had hair in the drains, the toilets were not cleaned, master soaking tub had a dirt ring around it. No toilet paper in most bathrooms & none in house. Caked on dirt/dust back porch, unusable. No kitchen towels. Had to by a wine opener. Minimal hard to find bathroom linens tucked under dryer. The list goes on. Multi reach outs & no resolution.
