「Donna is a star! She greeted us upon arrival, asking us about our day /travels in New Zealand as well as our plans along with her sweet dog, Trixie. The place itself was very spacious and clean. Donna gave us a run down of the kitchen, complementary breakfast and TV. The bed was so comfortable and came with extra pillows in the closet.easy check-in and check-out process. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay there!」

「The partial view from unit 1 could only be seen if you stood in the right position outside on the balcony and then you could just see some ocean. The apartment had all the facilities, however it is getting a little dated and in need of maintenance. The fans had dust on top and the bedroom fan control knob was broken and difficult to turn without it.」

However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks」

「It was our last minutes booking for somewhere to stay in Rotorua, so we were not expecting much. The accommodation is okay, reasonably clean, bed comfy, shower is too hot or too cold. No in-between, hopefully they fits it. Host experience is below, below average, we booked via bookabach, very poor communication from the host, we have receive no check in instructions even when we arrive, waited outside for 1.5 hrs, during the time we have 2 hungry, tired children in the car - while i was talking...
