Great place and a great breakfast in the morning. Very talented people own this place and make you feel at home. The place is a bit of an art gallery with custom pieces, local art, and info. Kelly appears to put her heart into making her guests feel welcome, comfortable, and well fed if that is a part of your adventure. Plenty of parking for the amount of people that can stay there.

Kelly was an amazing host!! The property was cleaned daily. She made the best fresh muffins every morning. There was coffee and tea available all day. The jacuzzi was really nice to relax in at any time of the day. We have already recommended her place to all of our friends and family.

We had an enjoyable stay, we were received by Kelly with fresh delicious muffins, the house was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent, each day was a different menu with fresh baked muffins, fresh fruit, juice, coffee or late and attention to detail. Kelly was very hospitable and she made us feel like home. I recommend a stay here

The breakfast was great! Kelly, the host, is very kind and helps with everything you need. We enjoyed staying and traveling around the area, ended up staying 6 nights exploring. Check out Awapuhi Labyrinth nearby for example. We especially enjoyed the nightly jacuzzi floats under the stars and nature sounds. Very recommended for the great value for money.

We stayed for two days and had a wonderful experience. The host welcomed us very warmly and was incredibly kind and friendly. She even prepared breakfast for us in the morning, which was a very nice touch. Everything was spotless and very well taken care of. We really enjoyed our stay.

Location was perfect to avoid Hilo traffic it you frequent to Volcano National Park or Mauna Kea or Kona. Kelly is an amazing host and her breakfast was amazing that personalized vegan/ vegetarian preferences as well. Kitchen was well stocked that guests can use for preparing their own meals. Hot tub is well kept and open till 10 pm.
