"The property itself is really pretty, however the owners are terrible. Their communication is horrible and expect to have to keep following up with them for everything. We weren't sent check in information on time and had to call to receive it. When we got there, the hear wasn't working and it was 60 degrees in the house. It took hours to get a response from the manager and another few hours for the house to get heated. We had also requested a late checkout the same week as we booked the house...
