「My husband and I stayed at this great school house when we came to meet our new grandson. The location is so close to everything we needed. The owners mentioned an ice cream shop we should visit (Nutters) in Sharpsburg MD and it is as good and inexpensive as they said a must go to if you like ice cream. Would highly recommend this school house to anyone who is looking for somewhere unique to stay.」

「We had a great time staying at this little cabin. It was very nice for our short anniversary trip. We arrived on a Monday evening and had a very easy time getting in. When you get there the first thing you notice is that this cabin is really, really in the woods. It was so nice and that was what I was looking for when I booked. 「We had a fabulous time here! This was a great location. Not only was it close to historic sites, downtown Harper’s Ferry, but we also thoroughly enjoyed the river (as did our dog!). While this is a back unit to the host's home, they were were hospitable, friendly, made an effort to give us privacy and allowed us full use of all the amenities. We were concerned about privacy, but had no issues and would absolutely recommend this place. It was also a great neighborhood for our dog to walk/run...

「This property was really lovely. Not too far from town and its shops and restaurants, but very private at the cabin. My partner and I were looking to get out of the city and away from people for a few ways, and this was perfect! The bed is comfortable, the kitchen well outfitted, and the out door spaces (hot tub, porch and fire pit) were very nice. The host provided all the information we needed to have a successful trip.」

「We could not have found a better place for three childhood friends to reunite! The home has everything you need and Jay is extremely responsive. A true home away from hom. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and are already making plans to come back in the fall. 」

「Our family loves this place. There's a ton of room for us to spread out, an indoor pool, and lots of yard and trails to walk around. Checkin and property management is top notch. We have been coming here every year since Covid times, and they seem to be adding small improvements every time. It's always super clean. I love that it's pet friendly. I enjoyed morning coffee with my dogs on the deck overlooking the mountain. Having the brewery next door is nice. The indoor pool is always a favorite....
