「The staffs in Gili Teak Resort are super helpful and efficient. I was planned to take a fast boat to Gili Trawangan on 15/6 morning. Unfortunately, since the poor sea conditions, all fast boat services have been cancelled. In 15/6 morning, I was very worried, and my Bali's hotel did not provide any useful help. So friendly and helpful, remembering our names and giving a very personal feel. We upgraded to a superior room and it was perfect. The hotel grounds were beautiful, clean and spacious.
