「Everything is great and view is unforgettable. Stuff is excellent! Some basic items need to be upgraded. Shower and toilet require restoration. Mattress at “glass bedroom “ is out of service already need to be replaced to more advanced.」

「It is a terrible area, with constant traffic, and roads always closed. As for the apartment itself, it was poorly cleaned, and dusty, especially under the beds. Lots of other people's hair on the floor. Dirty floors. The reception staff was very friendly and kind. 」

「What the owner failed to mention is that there is a huge metal construction obstructing the ocean view from the balcony. This omission feels unfair and dishonest. Additionally, after staying in other apartments within the same three massive Orbi buildings, I can confidently say that this one is overpriced compared to identical apartments. It was definitely not worth it, and I will never lease this room again.」

「Nice staff, rooms are okay, touristic center of Batumi, sometimes cleaning could be better, tight parking garage (if you need it)」

「My criticism of this property is that is does not have more elevators. But this seems to be a Batumi-wide issue. Otherwise, it is a really great property for the price paid. I would absolutely re-book. 」
