Riu palace helped create a memorable experience for this newlywed couple. We enjoyed everything, from our beautiful overwater room, to the food, to the amenities and excursions. The staff was very friendly and hard working. They took the time to memorize our names and our non alcoholic drink orders. This place stood out over many other places that I have had the pleasure of vacationing at.

Our stay at the resort was truly wonderful. Every morning, the breakfast was incredibly fresh and delicious, setting a perfect tone for the day. The bar staff were exceptional they took our orders with great attention and delivered cocktails promptly and with a smile. Very nice resort honestly the best I’ve stayed at but…. Snacks at bar is all you can get after 10pm and they really suck bad I mean gross bad and if you have been drinking late and have midnight munchies you are gonna hate the few options they have especially compared all the other Riu I’ve stayed at? They all have nachos and popcorn and hamburgers and hotdogs and chicken nuggets none of that is here idk why?? Even the rooms don’t have snacks why? No chips no cookies? All the Riu have snacks in the fridge. And only one beer option it’s called Lion I personally hated that beer and the alcohol quality for all the alcohol in general is really bad

What a lovely place, the staff were amazing, the grounds were kept clean everyday, the bar staff remembered your names, and what drink you like, same with the restaurant staff, the food was soo good, and plenty to choose from, we had a great house cleaner , he would make animals shapes from towels everyday, and he made sure if we needed anything, he would try and get it. There are 2 islands on this property, first is the Atoll, more of a party side, 24hr sports bar, water sports activities, gym, spa, and themed nights, Second side is th Palace, more for the quiet side, very peaceful, we did have live bands on every night, but only for a few hrs, which was great, two sides are joined by a bridge with the overwater bungalows, On the palace side you have the sun rise side, the other is the sunset side, we were on the sunset side , but found this side was more windy and stronger flowing tides, so we changes to sun rise side which is very calm, There are alot of coral and rocks as you enter the sea which was hard work on your feet, the soft sand after that, we took beach shoes, snorkelling was amazing, lots of fish, stingrays and a few turtles, we didn't think much of the overwater bungalows, as they are two far away from pool and bars, but we all have different tastes, a must is the guided jet skis, great fun and the guide tried to show us as much as possible over the hour tour, overall we didn't want to leave, but will revisit again

Das Hotel Riu Palace hat uns sehr gut gefallen: Unser Zimmer mit dem Pool war perfekt. Das Essen war sehr lecker, auch wenn die Portionen in den einzelnen Restaurants ein bisschen kleiner waren. Die Mitarbeiter waren überaus freundlich, zuvorkommend und sehr aufmerksam. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant war eine 11/10, das Personal angefangen vom Reinigungsteam, Küche, Bar, Rezeption bis hin zum Shuttle Fahrer war überaus aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Sauberkeit in diesem Resort hat uns besonders überzeugt. Auch der Transport mit Boot & Inlandsflug war top organisiert und man musste kauf warten. Der Pool war vielleicht ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, da haben schon etliche Mosaik Steinchen gefehlt. Wir würden zu 100% wieder kommen

We had a great overall experience mostly because of the staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had drinks at the seaside which is a walk from the bar, at the poolside (thanks for Anu, Ryo/Kyo, Sameera, Dasun) and anytime we would dine at the restaurant. Water was served constantly as well. Before you notice your glass is empty, it will be refilled! The sous chefs Edi and Amin were very friendly and introduced themselves and would explain dishes and encourage us to try them if we had missed any special dish. If they knew we wanted a particular dish, they will offer to take our plate to refill. I got some local cucumber even if not in buffet as I wanted to try them! Decy from the poolbar was also helpful by asking about our day almost everyday and offering tips to improve for eg where to go to get calmer sea. She would also remember our names which was very special. The entertainment team was fun and Aimee and Charu were great, they also remembered our names. Aimee knew I wanted to dance but the dance floor was empty so she danced with me until more people came which was so nice. We also had a buggy service from our Waterville to the palace restaurant and to the atoll side.

Ein Aufenthalt auf allerhöchstem Niveau – absolut traumhaft von Anfang bis Ende. Das Zimmer war makellos, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der exzellente Service: Das gesamte Team war außergewöhnlich aufmerksam, herzlich und zugleich angenehm diskret. Jeder Wunsch wurde förmlich von den Augen abgelesen. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt wie aus einem Luxusmagazin perfekt gepflegt, stilvoll gestaltet und an einem paradiesischen Ort gelegen. Kulinarisch wurde man rundum verwöhnt, ob beim Frühstück, Dinner oder den liebevoll zubereiteten Drinks. Ein Resort, das die Bezeichnung ‚Luxus‘ wirklich verdient. Wir kommen definitiv wieder
