Family gathering in Keene
Would give this a 3.5 out of 5.Overall, the space was just what we needed for family gathering. Great kitchen space with plenty of supplies and dinnerware. Bathrooms were clean with a great washer and dryer. The house is definitely in need of some repairs, the most pressing being the deck has several rotting areas. ConsDeck - safety concern, in disrepair, chair cushions dingy. Guest fell back and hit his head when chair leg went through rotted decking. The deck was the biggest safety issue, particularly with two toddlers at house. Grills - filthy and don’t work great (we decided not to grill because of it)Ballister - broke off stairwellGazebo on deck- dirty, stacks of dirty/mildewy chairs insideBedroom - was not disclosed that one bedroom was off of master bedroom. Also, this bedroom was too hot even with fan. Living area was very cluttered- random stuff and lots of exercise equipment - feel like I am in someone else’s space, not Vrbo Shared property ( other rentals) not disclosed Door jamb is broken and door opens even when locked Toaster doesn’t work (but we used air fryer)Coffee pot urn left with some coffeeCorn hole bags were broken and could not be used. Pros Space- great living space for large groupCleanishWell stocked kitchenPool was clean and great to have Ample parking
