「Reserved thro expedia for a week. When call them that we were running late and checking a bit late , the guy Rajan told no longer the reservation is honoured and cancelled. So diagusting and rude was that. We flew from Far far away ie Toronto and this is so horrible and shocking .first time we ever had to face such a situation at last minute. Who will take responsible..who will straighten up this.. is exledia do something about it.. i dont want anybody go through this in their vacation...

「We stayed at the hotel for 11 days over 2 separate bookings. The hotel in general is a good place to stay. The ground maintenance staff/ house keeping and a couple of the reception workers were kind and welcoming and always smiling. There were a few reception workers who were not so welcoming and rude. 1st booking - the room we booked was not available so the hotel provided an upgrade. Unfortunatley even though they said it was an upgrade, they locked 1 of the rooms and another area. When we...

「The parking area and the drive was muddy. When I came back after dinner around 9.30 pm the Auto dropped me outside the gate and ended up walking in soggy mud to reach the hotel foyer. After that spent about 20 to 30 miniutes cleaning my shoes. Not enough 13 amp socket outlets. Only one socket outlet for mobile router, mobile battery charger, etc. Some corners of the room floor, walls and the ceiling were not cleaned properly. See photos.」

「The property looks like a makeshift building. Windows were covered with wooden panels, spiderwebs filled up spaces where the sunlight didn't reach, the bathroom was not clean and the mirror was bathed in calc. There's no reception to leave your bags. The chairs in the eating area are rusty and dirty.」

「Due to the Full-moon celebrations we had made a booking days in advance, which had been confirmed in writing. On the day of arrival when we called the hotel to inform that our train would be an hour late, they claimed we didn’t have a booking. They even put the phone down on us. 」
