  • This private 1 BD suite is located in a brand new home in a highly sought-after Kelowna neighbourhood, surrounded by nature. Enjoy hiking and biking trails right outside your door, with amenities just a 5-minute drive away. The airport is 15 minutes away, and you’re just 12 minutes from local beaches, wineries and downtown.

    The suite is well insulated for comfort; however, a family lives upstairs. To ensure a relaxing stay for everyone, quiet hours for the home are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
