“This place is great for relaxing by the lake and kayaking. We enjoyed our evenings by the fire pit and mornings on the screened in porch. The cottage is very clean and had everything we needed for our getaway. The first time crossing the damn/spillway is a little unnerving but after a couple of times you get used to it. I highly recommend visiting Pritchards distillery, a short drive from the lake.”

“I loved the cabin. Inside was spotless. The living room was comfortable and cozy. It had a well-stocked kitchen. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom were clean, had great decor, and the mattress on the king-size bed was firm. I didn't go downstairs, and we didn't stay the night in the cabin. I did not realize the second bedroom was on a lower level. The steep stairs made it impossible for me to go down due to knee issues, and he couldn't navigate stairs due to problems with his eyesight. “We had a great stay at the house! It was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group to spread out. It’s very well stocked with good appliances and everything you need. I appreciated the extra trash bags and cleaning supplies! Owner was quick to help us if we needed it! ”

The only complaint that was said is that some of the dishes were not clean that was pulled out to use but we washed them. Shannon is a very helpful and understanding.
