“Amazing hotel, one of the best in the world”

“They use heavily scented detergent and shampoo so everything smelled too strongly of perfume. Had to keep the windows closed because kitty litter smell came I through the windows. It was too loud to get a good rest. Motorcycles and people talking outside the thin windows til 2 am. Dar al hajja or dar doura are much better quiet places to stay. The price was cheap and the staff was amazing but the location of this place was not ideal.”

“Riad is located in the medina with good position. However, the room is full of ants. Our bodies felt very itchy after stayed in the sofa. The most unforgettable thing is I even woke with a dead ant on my face and a living insect on my pillow! After that I found there are serval dead insects on the bed I just slept! Cleanliness need to be improved.”

“We had beautiful modern large room, the staff was wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had an ample breakfast, they had cookies, water and sodas in the room and a nightly turndown service with chocolate. The neighbor was amazing, restaurants and shops. The hotel restaurant was delicious.”
