“The staff at this hotel are very kind and the location is good, with walkable distances to the sights of central Yerevan. The hotel has some shortcomings. The air circulation in my room was poor. There was always a stale smell. The windows could not be opened and running the ventilation fans in the ceiling made no difference. The fans were too noisy to use at night. There was mould around the window and on the shower grouting. The room was not very inviting with grey walls and cold white ceiling……

“It's a bit isolated, but very comfortable. The pool is nice. A little cold. I was concerned about my room without windows or AC but they provide a fan and it was comfortable. The staff was very pleasant to me even though I arrived in a grumpy mood. They seem to care about the comfort of every guest. Even me in the cheap room. Haha. It's quiet too. Thanks.”

“Hotel in good location, just a short distance from all sightseeing spots in the city. Excellent hospitality. Room is spacious and cosy.
However, there was a hot water issue in the bathroom during our stay. Hot water supply in the family room was not steady and would go out very quickly after turning on for a minute or two. Could not be fixed during our stay even the hotel had looked into the problem. The wifi signal was weak in the bedroom area of the deluxe room.”
