「Great place to stay!」

「Enjoyed the stay」

「Great space, with covered outdoor hang out area in a very fun neighborhood.」

「Everything was smooth and communication was quick and responsive. We enjoyed the stay, but wish we could have had more time to enjoy it. Thank you!」

「Location was great for us. Views were spectacular! Condo was very nice and upstairs neighbors were nice and helpful. Area was very private and the parking was perfect for our needs.」

「We had a great stay. The place was a little smaller than expected, but it was very nice and clean and met our needs. Everything went smoothly, and we enjoyed our visit. We would recommend staying here.」

「Great place to stay. Listing is accurate. Perfect area to stay with numerous restaurants close by to eat and if you like the outdoors, relatively close to a walking trail along the Ohio river.」

「Excellent little place to stay in Grand Rivers!」

「We had a relaxing ladies trip for a 4 day weekend, and couldn’t have been happier!!!! Communication was great, everything was very clean, fully stocked, more items than most kitchens, great rooms, great sitting spaces for laughs and the beautiful lake view, and we were even able to get a little later checkout. We will definitely be back!!」

「Simple and easy, thanks for the stay :)」

「Lovely property! Less than 5 minutes from Grand Rivers. Had some friends come over that were camping at Hillman Ferry and they are thinking about reserving this property also in the future. We will definitely reserve this property in the future.」

「Great accommodation, perfect for when you have a car.」

「Photos do not match the furniture at all. Broken sofa.」

「I loved the apartment. Just the right size.」

「Terrific location with easy and safe walkability to Whiskey Row on Main St and NuLu on Market Street. Unit itself is very safe - off the street behind a couple of locked general access doors using a combination lock to access. Spacious living/kitchen/bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of towels/shampoo/bath gel. Cute little courtyard to sit and relax with a drink. Quiet neighbors. It's a loft with very high ceilings in a historic building so cleaning all the nooks and crannies is not easy...

「Great property,terrific host.」

「Second time staying here and would stay again. Austin and Debbie are great hosts, easy to communicate with, and we’re accommodating to our needs. Their space was perfect for our family and we would highly recommend to others!」
