Captivating 2-Bed House with log burner in Kerien

Enjoy everything Kerien has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.


This property has a fire to keep you cosy and warm during your stay.
Staying here also allows you access to the open garden.
Oh, and it’s pet-friendly too!


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a freezer, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television with Netflix, internet access and a music player.


This house has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a super king bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen, towels, essential toiletries, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.


House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- A deposit of 150€ is required against damage or leaving the gîte in an unacceptable state on departure. This is refundable on departure provided all is well.
- A basket of firewood is provided free of charge. Thereafter there is a charge of 15€ per wheelbarrow load.
- A taxe de sejour is levied of 1,10€ per adult per night to be paid on arrival if it has not previously been included in the charges.
- There are covered free parking facilities available at the property.
- A charger for electric cars and bicycles is available on request.
- A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
- There is an optional 50€ cleaning fee payable on arrival if you do not wish to leave the property cleaned and tidied on departure
