Run down. Hot. A dog that barked all night, every night and sounded like he was INSIDE the hotel. Staff said they talked to the neighbor, who owns the dog, and he refuses to do anything. My room was cancelled after being on the plane 23 hours I get there and they tell me my room was canceled and I don’t how that was possible! So I would a refund because I paid for it thanks!
