"Yo eh tenido la oportunidad de quedarme en varias ocasiones en este hotel que esta última estadía fue pésima el personal no tuvo buena actitud a la hora de hacer el checking y por primera ver si el depósito por tarjeta lo cual me cobraron 110 dólares para completar los 240 dólares del pago que hice cash resulta ser que ya hoy haces 7 días y aún no me devuelven el depósito y cuando hice la reclamación me digerían que no había ningún depósito pendiente cuando en mi tarjeta todavía aparece el cobro que hicieron está muy mal de su parte querer quedarse con el esfuerzo de otra persona la verdad con esto que me sucedió ya no lo recomendaría"

"Breakfast was hot and had good selections. Parking was easy and felt safe, and staff were all so friendly and helpful. Check in was fast and easy. Would defiantly stay here again. "

"Property needs an upgrade. Breakfast was not okay. You have one person taking tickets, handing out plates (one by one) and trying to keep everything stocked at the same time?! "

"When I got up to the room I had to have the sliding glass door repair because it was partially open and there were stains on the carpet and the carpet did not look like it had been well maintained. I also had to have maintenance come and put a handle on the sink in the room for the main faucet because it was missing. The front reception area was very inviting but the rest of the hotel was dated and partially under construction and the room that I was assigned was supposed to have a king bed but instead had two full size beds. The staff was very very helpful though and was very accommodating with all of my requests. Also the elevator was not in very good condition and it also seemed that it was not going to be operative at times. In the picture it shows one of the plugs that was not working and the refrigerator TV and lamp were plugged into a power strip. Also the furniture appear to have been well used and or obtained from another property or clearance outlet."
