“Very difficult people at reception on two different stays denied that I had a reservation despite showing Expedia paid booking. First room had mold on walls and a tiny bathroom and required that we climb four sets of circular stairs at 2 am. Second room was much better and bathroom was fine but air conditioner did not work. Breakfast pastry was sometimes not fresh. Location was good but no one speaks English only French.”

“I do not advise staying at the Ralf Hotel as the front desk staff were rude & unhelpful.
The Hotel is well located but the air conditioning was not working & my room was uncomfortably hot across the two separate nights that I stayed in the hotel. I was told that somone from the Hotel staff would come to check the functioning of the air conditioning in my room, but no one ever did.
Wi-Fi connectivity was so poor it was effectively unusable & instead, I relied on the data connectivity from my……

“Sa situation extraordinaire qui donne directement sur l’artère principale Didouche Mourad, on peut s’y promener jusqu’à la grande poste et sites historiques où c’est pas mal animée. Le métro est a deux pas et les arrêts de bus aussi, la gare de train un peu plus bas.
C’est propre et j’ai eu droit a un bel accueil, franchement je ne demande pas plus ! ”
