“The hotel was just ok. Some of the areas of the hotel were worn and tired. The front desk staff could've been more accommodating with a room style request that I made. I was willing to pay for the change. Parking was not the best. (Very Limited) The restaurants were the highlight! Great staff and good food, very convenient. One of the ladies (Hotel Manager) came out of her office reprimanding the shuttle driver in front of guests about how loud his radio was in the shuttle van. The radio was……

“This cozy, comfy home was the perfect spot for my husband, dog and I to stay during our 3-day weekend trip to Ketchikan. Check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the hosts were very easy to communicate with.
