「Pretty much what we expected. Location is amazing, right on the water. It's far out of town and a bit isolated, so you'll want a rental car. Taxi is 60 one way. Bus runs once an hour and is only a 5 minuted walk to the stop, but last bus is around 6 PM. It's more rustic than most places on Vrbo, so just set your expectations properly and you'll be pleased. Wifi worked. Coffee maker worked. Microwave worked. Fridge worked. Washer and dryer worked. All good. 」

「We had a wonderful time staying here. The place was very clean and charming. We enjoyed the close location to many outdoor activities and beaches and felt very comfortable the entire time. We would definitely go back!」

「Great location-the wildlife was just amazing.You can see Herring Cove from the patio. We saw a mama deer and her fawn in the yard and watched the bears catch salmon in the cove. Would definitely stay again. Recommend!」

「This VRBO has a panoramic view of the Ketchikan harbor as advertised. This unit is perfect for a couple. We didn't have a vehicle during our stay, so we walked a lot. There are steep hills and lots of stairs which should be considered if that is an issue. Taxi service is reasonable and responsive if needed. We visited during the off-tourist season but were able to find several nice places to eat. 」

「The view is amazing! Saw a whale, seals, squirrels, and eagles off the deck, and two bears in the neighbor's driveway! LOVED IT! The decor is beautiful. The layout works. Two living rooms is nice for a big group. Outdoor seating is a must, used it every day. There was a broken toilet when we arrived, but they did their best to fix it as soon as possible and communication was great. I wish it had a keurig, but we survived, ha ha. Short walk to Rotary Beach which is wonderful to explore during low...

「The home is bright and cheerful, very well appointed, there was nothing we could’ve asked for in addition to what was provided. Mindy was extremely responsive whenever we had a question and I would highly recommend this home to anyone visiting Ketchikan.」

「Our stay was perfect!! The beds were amazing and that view we enjoyed every minute we spent in the house. Walking distance to so many things! The stairs down to the main road were a killer, but well worth it. We hope to go back and stay there again. 」

「Wonderful place to stay for Blueberry festival week. Clean, soft beds, lots of towels, spacious for a fam of 7. Highly recommend. 」

「Clean, convenient and nice place to stay」

「Everything was exactly as advertised. Clean and comfortable. Location requires a rental car, but since we had one, it worked just fine. We enjoyed being so close to Herring Cove where we could watch the bears and eagles first thing every morning, and last thing every evening. Can't walk to the ocean, as the forest is too thick. View is beautiful, tho.」
