Great location and private hot tub
Very Clean and good layout with a small private hot tub on the deck. Great location and well-maintained. The only issue is that the bedrooms were very warm and other than opening the windows couldn't get the bedrooms cooler. And this was winter.

Ketchum Dream Weekend
This property is an easy walk from Main St. in Ketchum where all the action is. When we weren’t out and about, we enjoyed sitting on the back patio enjoying the sights and sounds of the creek. The hot tub was a hit too. I hope to return to Sun Valley/Ketchum and stay here again.

Near town but ....
We were in Ketchum for a wedding. The property was a very nice townhouse. The location is close to town, but it is uphill and the sidewalk is next to the major road that runs into town. During the day it was fine to walk into town (5 min); however, we were there for a wedding so it isn't a walk you would want to do in evening clothes and dress shoes. We ended up getting a ride for the wedding. Also, it isn't well lit at night so be sure to bring a charged phone or flashlight with you. (One of the reviews had mentioned the walk into town being uphill and we just wanted people to be aware of it.) Other than that, the property was great (clean and comfortable) and also had a hot tub.

Thank you for staying with Alpine Lodging. There is a bit of a hill to get to downtown from this condo and we do have a dark sky ordinance in Ketchum so there are no street lights. We appreciate your feedback and hope you come stay with us again in the future

Good condo
I wish I had known there was no AC, which I didn’t see anywhere in the description. That being said it cooled off at night and we were comfortable. It was clean, looked like the pics, and very close and walkable to downtown. I would stay here again!

Thank you for staying with Alpine Lodging. The last line in the description paragraph does mention there is no A/C, but if you missed that it's ok. A majority of our rentals do not have A/C as a heads up. We appreciate your feedback and welcome your return in the future.

Actual condo overall nice, location wrong on listing
I booked this condo based on location and the location was off by 1/2 a mile including and uphill walk which made a big difference for my 73 year old father. The condo is also much smaller than it seems in the images - the couch has to cover one of the patio doors. Also there isn’t a closet in one of the bedrooms. It was clean and the creek out back is cute but ask more questions before you book.

I believe you called in advance to see exactly where the condo was in location to where you were staying in another place and we told you where it was located. There is a very short walk up a hill to get to town but not that bad. It is still in a great location walking distance to town and being on a creek is a bonus.

Nice condo, comfy and cozy. Appreciated that the kitchen was so well equipped with kitchenware and cooking staples/supplies. Good beds. Great steam shower in the master bedroom.

Our Ketchum stay
When we first drove up we were not sure if we liked it because the outside is not very well-kept but when we opened the door we saw the darling little townhouse with a cozy feel and everything we needed. We loved the creek be on the back patio. The unit itself was very clean and we left all the updates. The beds are comfortable and I love to sleep in to the sound of the water every night. It was close enough to catch him to walk into town and overall it was a great experience. The kitchen had everything we needed and the Jacuzzi was a nice touch.

Great place, very clean and well stocked. Everything you need is there. While the property is close to town, it can be a little tricky to get out of driveway as you need to cross traffic to get onto main street.

Just the right spot!
Very clean nice condo right on the creek. It was nice to hear the water with the windows open at night. Hot tub was very clean and relaxing. The bathrooms are a bit small but manageable. A very short walk to town but far enough away for quiet. We watched the deer walk down the creek and played cards on the back patio. Really enjoyed ourselves.
