不滿：整潔度
Three big things:1)This place was very dirty.2)Lots of things are broken or not well maintained.3)Too many personal items, too much furniture, clutter, not renter friendly.The details….Slightly open windows on arrival, dirt and leaves on the floor.Litter, cans, dish and red solo cup ‘ashtray’ with cigarettes left on the balcony.Too cluttered with extra furniture and holiday décor, bronze reindeer haphazardly set on the floor in the eating area, in the way and dangerously heavy and pointy, luckily we are capable, but other people may not have felt comfortable lifting them, they were not on display, just taking up space in a cluster on the floor.Dirty knives in the knife block, poorly washed glasses and plates, we washed everything before using (the dishwasher may not be performing).Grime on the light switches, which we cleaned.Toilets had visible stains/drips on the outside and floor, which we cleaned.Visible dirt on the bathroom mats, which we put in the laundry pile.Random dirt and splattering all over the walls, some of which we wiped down.Personal items throughout the unit, we put the family photos in the chest of drawers by the kitchen, very creepy to look at large photos of someone else’s children.No space in the closets, most of them are being used for storage, extra furniture, not a lot of room for renters belongings.Mirror leaded against wall, not secured.Lots of lights either without lightbulbs or just not working, we moved these into the spare bed
