Just steps away from the ski lifts, you will never be too far away from all Sun Valley has to offer! This complex has full use of the Prospector amenities, including the summer-use pool tennis and pickle ball court. *The Prospector 204 only allow parking for one vehicle. No extra parking spaces are permitted.

Noise should be kept to a minimum between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am per the City of Ketchum.
