Escape to Sun Valley and this soul pad retreat with character. Nestled away near a park so it's quiet (birds sing even in the winter!), yet walking distance to town. There is nothing better than your own private hot tub on the upper deck, right off the master bedroom. Your white robes are waiting. You can see the milky way and the Sun Valley firework shows from the hot tub. When was the last time you slept in a waterbed? This ain't your college waterbed, though, as this has waveless baffles and a support floatation mattress on top, and soft bamboo sheets. Warm and snuggly in the winter, and so comfortable, you won't be able to get out in the morning.
Perhaps, though, for a hot tub and morning coffee? There is grass cloth on the ceiling to give the feeling of being in a tropical jungle treehouse. Watch the snow fall on the trees without getting out of bed. Trees by slider window create privacy screen. New additions: an electric fireplace above the bed, and a bluetooth speaker lamp.
The downstairs bedroom has a private patio for a snow entry, and covered gear and bike storage if you like. Washer dryer. Heated bidet toilet seat in downstairs bathroom.
Long couch is great for napping. Coffee table is on wheels, so you can easily move and do yoga by the fire. Walk to the free shuttle ( 2/3 min) that will whisk you right to the bottom of Warm Springs lift. The walk to the bus near the condo is way less than the walk from the River Run parking lot to the River Run lifts!

Sorry, no pets. There has been so much damage from "well behaved pets", that I can no longer absorb all the damage, and can't handle the stress of worry with the new leather furniture.
There is strict cancellation policy. This is not a hotel with multiple rooms. If you book it, it's blocked off on the calendar, and thus I'm turning multiple people away. Thanks for understanding. If there is a chance that you might have to cancel, then it's best not to block it out on the calendar, because then I'm left high and dry.
No parties. No sublets. No overnight visitors without mention during booking. Thank you.
