Welcome to the newest addition to the VRBO townhomes in Ketchum! This beautifully located 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo has a deck on the main level that fronts right on Trail Creek, just about a ½ mile from River Run Ski Area and an easy walk to downtown Ketchum’s shops, dining, and galleries.
Inside, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and could handle a couple more kids on the pull-out couch if needed. Step out onto the private balcony off the primary bedroom and take in the peaceful creek setting - morning coffee and evening wine don’t get much better than this. Ideal for families, couples, or two traveling pairs.
Once you’re at the townhome, you really don’t need a car if your goal is to stay in town. Easily walk to breakfast, lunch, and dinner and forget having to fight for parking in the evenings. In the winter, take the town bus system to either River Run, Warm Springs, or Dollar Mountain ski areas. In the summer, ride your mountain bike to just about wherever!
Honestly, on a nice winter morning I’ve walked both to and from River Run to ski, skin, and hike - with coffee in hand.
If you need a day inside or are looking for a movie night, the living room has a 65” Sony Google TV with all the latest apps and a super comfy couch. Need to send the kids upstairs to get some adult time? No problem - there are TVs in each bedroom with all the latest apps and WiFi. Just log into your accounts and stream away.
Parking is on the surface right at your doorstep. No parking garages, elevators, or stairs to deal with. Wondering if your car-top storage pod will clear somewhere? Yes - your truck or Revel van will have a place to park.
Store your bikes and other gear safely on the deck facing the creek.
If you know the valley, then you know this spot is central to everything - with the peace and quiet of a mountain creek setting. If you don’t know the valley and you’re thinking this looks nice but aren’t sure it’s the right location… think no further. Unless you’d rather play pickleball all day - then this might not be your place. Look up in Elkhorn.
If your idea of a great trip includes skiing, hiking, biking, fly fishing, festivals, followed by après on the deck next to a creek, then look no further.
This townhome is new to us, so we’re constantly improving it. There may even be more than meets the eye beyond the photos. The goal is to be fully transparent and to under-promise and over-deliver.
