Not impressed with this unit.

For the price, the unit was not up to my standards. The microwave and stove need to be upgraded. There were some issues with the bathroom sink being clogged, the unit didn't appear to be cleaned very well, even when we paid for an early check in. I won't be renting this unit again in the future. The location was great as it was super close to the River Run lift. I just wish the unit was in better shape.

The condo has a great location - walkable to town and a short shuttle ride to the base of Bald Mountain. Condo was clean, well stocked and just as advertised, and communication from the property manager was great.

Location good, kitchen well supplied, queen bed ok, shower extremely small, has small crack on floor. Twin bedroom extremely dark, blinds inoperable and lamps need at least 100 watt bulbs. Comes on And then goes out for a long period sometimes came on again sometimes not.

Great little place and location

Easy to walk to downtown and place was clean. Beds are ok but not the most Comfortable. It needs updating a bit and it can be a bit noisy outside in the morning but nothing so bad you can’t deal with it. Has a nice pool and hot tub to relax in. Would stay again.

This is my second stay at this complex and I really liked it. Nice place to rest after a long day of bicycle racing from Boise. Bathrooms and rooms very clean and comfortable. Linen closet fully stocked.

Perfect for a Dad and his 15 year old son

Clearly, this place is not part of the Ritz chain. That said, for the two of us it was excellent. Everything worked, and it was close to the mountain, town and hot tub! Loved the fireplace and grill. Furnishings are dated as is the complex, but we were not focused on those elements. One minor issue was the inability to access only about 10 cable channels and/or the lack of a tv that could be fed content from the internet and/or handheld. All in all well worth the price and recommended.

Ultra convenient location

Stayed over President's Day Weekend so we could ski Sun Valley. We knew there was a bus but hadn't realized how close it would be to walk. Literally out the door, around the corner and you're on the river trail and it's less than 5 minutes on the trail to the ski lift! Loved being able to roll out of bed and go ski and then return for lunch and go back later. Parking is a bit of a challenge if you give up your spot to go out for dinner--it was unfortunate we needed to because downtown is so close, we could have walked but it was bitter cold and snowing. Comfortable beds, lots of pillows/sheets/towels. Will definitely return next winter!

It’s a great place

The apartment is very close to the town and the ski slopes. It’s a big place. A good kitchen , comfortable beds, working fireplace, great tv. Easy check in and out. We will definately reccomend this place to others and check here first when we return to Ketchum.

Mixed feelings about this place.

In my opinion, there were good and not-so-good things about this place. Yes, the location was great - close to the River Run gondola, and right in the town of Ketchum. The place was clean, everything mostly worked (vertical blinds in the dining room were falling apart), and the master bed was comfy. But the unit itself is very dated, very dark, and I found it depressing. Added to the general downer-ness of the place was the fact that there was very little snow, in January. My husband and I came for a week of skiing and merriment, but because the snowpack was so minimal Ketchum was empty. No merriment to be had. Of course, the lack of winter snow was not the fault of the owner, but the gloominess of the unit is. We left after 5 nights and probably won't be back.
