"The room was very nice and clean! I always inspect nooks and crannies when I get a hotel room and everything was immaculate. "

"I rarely write reviews but felt this one was necessary. We picked this hotel primarily because it looked to have good value for the price. Upon arrival, the host was pleasant and accommodating. Not much to address regarding staff, however, when I had a complaint about the pot smoke blowing in through our HVAC unit because of a group congregating outside, the staff did absolutely nothing. Our room, when not being bombarded by pot smoke, had an off-putting stale smell. It did not smell fresh or even clean. We stayed three nights. Only one of those days was our room refreshed. We did have an opportunity to use the pool, however, it was considerably cooler than what I have seen at the coolest hotel pools. The hotel itself was clean and well kept in the public areas. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing. The website claimed they had omelets but we never found a station for them. I had to reset the pancake machine myself as it was in error mode every morning. I found myself resetting it for not only myself, but other guests as well, as there was no one attending the area. Given this stay, I would reconsider staying at this particular location. "

"Lovely property. Clean, quiet and responsive. They went above and beyond when the keys got locked in the car at our departure and they swiftly helped us solve it so we didn’t miss our flight. When I am in the area again, this will be my go-to place. "

"What hot tub? I used the pool and it was like a polar dip. The bathroom had water under the flooring tiles. We were in room 119 March 7/8 2026. Could not sleep due to ongoing noise above us; vacuum going,thumping and dropping things and constant creaking; had to wear earplugs which did not help; told front desk twice and they didn't do anything. Breakfast was 1/2 hour late. The worst coffee ever; just coloured water; asked for other coffee, and it was the same! Complained about it and were told that was a standard amount of coffee; what a joke. Never go to this place. On top of that, we were overcharged. Never go to this place"

"Advertised a hot tub. But there isnt one! Looks like there may have been one in the past. But no longer"
