Family get away

This was our 6th visit to KCB in 3 years. Nice place, well maintained and very clean, very comfortable and well appointed. We had everything we needed for our little get away. Beds were the most comfortable of any we've stay at so far. Owner very accessible and easy to communicate with. This property will be on our short list for a return visit.

Marathon Trip

Great property and location! Easy access for boaters to both Gulf and Atlantic. House was perfect and Cabana Club acess made for a nice afternoon break from boating. Dock and accessories are super handy. Host was always available to answer questions/help. communication.

Great location in the Florida Keys!

If you're looking for a very nice place to stay in the keys this is it! The location is great and the access to the Cabana Beach club was a great bonus! The unit was better than described and the host was very responsive to questions. The best review I can give is that I would absolutely stay their again.

Perfect for our stay

This house was great for our trip. Centrally located to many fun activities: Dolphin Research Center, the Turtle Hospital, beautiful beaches, restaurants and more! The house was clean and came with many amenities. Would definitely come back!

Perfect in every way!

Our stay was amazing! The place was super clean, the cleanest place we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed inside and outside. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with the essentials such as TP, paper towels, dish soap and shampoo if you didn’t bring your own. There were bikes and kayaks a stand up paddle board for outdoor activities. Beach chairs and a cooler we used at the beach along with beach towels. We didn’t need to buy anything or bring our own which saved packing space. And as they say location is everything and this was! Access to the Cabana Club was great. A beach, pool and bar all in one! You can walk everywhere, everyone was friendly and we were close to the beaches. And the best way to end the day is the community gathering at Sunset Park to watch the sunset together. It was a wonderful vacation and I definitely recommend Jorge’s place to stay. I look forward to going back!

All ages escape to the Keys

This home was a convenient fit for our Christmas vacation. It was clean, equipped, and in a great location for our frequent day trips to different areas in the Keys. We had debated on getting a 3 bedroom home, but decided that one of our teens could sleep on the living room pull out. This worked fine for us, and the house was roomy enough to give everyone their own space. The hammock was a favorite spot: Perfect for relaxation and canal watching (we had a manatee and pelican visit on the first day). Jorge was a responsive and helpful host.

Marathon getaway

Jorge's place was exactly as described! Clean and had everything we needed. Boat dock was easy. If you like an extra firm top mattress, you will be in heaven. It was too hard for me but that is just me.

Great location and perfect home!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The owner was very helpful and easy to work with and always responded quickly. The bikes, kayaks, and beach club access were an added bonus and the location was perfect. Would definitely recommend this property and will book again for our next visit!

This was one of the best property and vacation experience we’ve had beautiful property and location

Jorge is the all time best host. So attentive to any thing we needed to ensure our experience was the best. Welcome bottle of bubbly just added a wonderful toast to the beginning of what was a great experience. The location was fantastic for sightseeing the Florida keys for North to south. Cabana Club passes was a nice added touch for swimming and enjoyment as well Havana Jacks next door is a great place to eat. The property was so clean and welcoming. Manatees swimming right up to the dock was fantastic! Thanks Jorge for everything!

Absolutely Fantastic!

My wife and I stayed here for 12 days and could not have found a nicer place! Mr. Caballero is a gracious host and was very communicative upon our arrival. The property has everything and is convenient to the Cabana Club, KC Inn and Havana Jack's. It is very well-kept, everything is described accurately and we are returning next year. Do not hesitate to stay here, you will not be disappointed!

Great Amenities!

We loved this property. It has a well-stocked kitchen and sufficient linens. Beds were comfortable. Enjoyed the Kayaks and paddleboard as well as the bikes. Central location. Great outdoor space in the breezeway. Saw manatee, sharks, skates and other fish in the canal. Jorge is a very responsive and pleasant owner. Great communication! Perfect location

Love Key Colony

Wonderful experience. The owner was extremely responsive and just very kind. I know this is a business but he was just extremely gracious. Property was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the Cabana club immensely.
