Absolutely the best!

This was the best place for my mother who needs a walker and my husband with terminal cancer. The views are amazing! It has an elevator for easy access. A huge balcony to soak in the ocean! Fishing from the pier and the pool area and hot tub was perfect! No need to go to a beach when you have one right there on the property

Quiet and relaxing

This was a great place to come back to after our days visiting the Florida Keys. There was some concrete work going on in the complex where the unit is but nothing that was too loud or bothered us at all. The location was quiet and peaceful and located about in the middle of the keys, making it ideal to go either north or south to see what was around.

Great spacious condo! Property manager was very helpful. The grounds were kept excellently maintained. The condo had everything we needed. The only down side was no HD cable service in the master bedroom, just in the main living room.

Incredible view, amazing location, spotless facilities

The location is extremely calm, relaxing, and full of opportunities for adventures nearby. The condo itself has been well taken care of as many of the furniture you can tell have been part of the home for many years but still in pristine shape, there are plenty of beach items and toys for kids and even some fishing rods for adults you just need the line. The ocean view is hard to beat being able to see the lighthouse from afar, and cruise ships leave key west on weekends. I only have one mention for the owners, the bathrooms faucets for the showers and sink are a little loose and need some tightening.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As always Key Colony Point did not disappoint. We tried a different unit this time. Loved its location. If I had to find something to improve upon, it did not have as many cooking amenities/supplies as the other units we stayed in. Everything else was perfect!
