There were so many locked doors. We didn’t find a broom or mop or vacuum until the last day after the agency called us. Then, miraculously that evening the two closets with mop and vacuum all of a sudden were open. We were very upset that they came into our rented property without our permission and unlocked these two doors. This was completely unacceptable. There were also many light bulbs out throughout the house and the TV fire stick wasn’t working when we arrived. There were no working lights in the upstairs hallway. We were told to put trash out on two certain days, with lids on. On an opposite page they said there was a trash technician who would come out the trash by the curb. Problem was there were seven trash cans and zero lids. Overall the house is very tired. The furniture was old and in many cases worn out and cushions were dirty/filthy. The kitchen cabinets finish was worn out (along with other furniture). There was not enough seating for the nine people we had there. The dining room table was scratched and the finish was completely worn out. The room in the lower level was completely empty. It could have been used as a game table or ping pong or anything fun. Also a ceiling fan in the 2nd floor bedroom was so noisy that it could not be used.
Quite frankly this house needs a complete cleaning and much of the furnishings replaced. It was frustrating to rent a house that didn’t have many basic features taken care of- which I would expect.
