The room was very clean and provided great amenities including small table and chairs, refrigerator, coffee maker, closet. The staff were very nice, and guests could get an array of free snacks in the office. The property is terrific, including the small beach with water access.

it was okay experienced- i don't think it was the worth the price we paid for the winter break- almost 450 a night the beach was beautiful and quiet but there was not enough sands for kids to play- the stairs to the water was slimy so you can easily slip. the rooms were tiny and no storage space- st night there was no light or bon fire- it was just pitch dark no stores or restaurants that you can walk to staffs were really nice but thats abt it- i just feel like for the price i paid, it was not worth it

This seasoned hotel property offers a distinctive combination of affordability and awe-inspiring views of the Gulf of America and the sunset. Capitalize on the swings, beach chairs, and spacious 50+ foot deck to enrich your waterfront experience. Our single interaction with the staff during our 1 night stay happened at the 4pm check in. The young lady was inventive & professional. The hotel room assigned to us, #5, was on the highway side, but we were not bothered by or heard any traffic from the Overseas Highway. Our accommodation was reportedly refurbished and upgraded to a suite style room...small refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine & microwave. The bathroom was also clean & modern. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and accommodations. Our only suggestion for improvement would be enhanced outdoor lighting near the rooms, particularly when accessing the patio areas situated between the rooms and parking areas. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again while traveling to Key Largo.

We didn’t even stay. The hotel outside was not as advertised. The pictures show rooms with clearly visible doors and portray a nice clean room. When we got there, all the entries were blocked by trees so you couldn’t see anything. There were no visible lights except one blue light near the door. There was a creature in the trees nearby that made weird noises. Also offputting that a staff member kept waking around with a spray can. The grounds looked unsafe but we decided to look at the room. Poked my head inside and it was dimly lit, and the inside wall looked patched. We didn’t even check in, we drove 4.5 hrs to our next stop. Expedia couldn’t even get them on the phone when I inquired about a full/partial refund. Staff was nice, but I wouldn’t ever stay here
