Could’ve been better

The staff was excellent. The room was not worth the money. Room 111 you have to fight the stairs then remember the ✅ mark after the code. The lamp on the table fire 🔥 hazard it’d spark turn on turn off puff of smoke then off again. The shower NO water pressure what so ever. It spits so to wash the shampoo/conditioner out plan to be in there for a least 35min. Then the tiny ants 🐜 in the bathroom so cute but not acceptable. And people there is NO coffee maker bring your own or pay $5 for a cup. NO microwave so forget about reheating your leftovers from the restaurant. The pool is NOT heated but we were there for fantasy fest and the locale was excellent !!!

solo vacation

It was as beautiful as pictured. The only issue I had was not a soul in sight to get assistance. My room 111 was on the second floor which I was not aware. The stairs are very steep and very high. I was not physically capable of carrying my luggage up the stairs. No one to greet me or show me the property to find my room. You fly completely solo for a big price ticket.
